In Blade & Soul Revolution, equipment plays a vital role in strengthening your character. In your journey, you’ll be collecting a lot of items and equipment. Thankfully, everything you collect in the game is registered to your Codex. In our Codex Guide, we will be discussing the feature works and how to use this to your advantage.

What is a Codex

The Codex is basically the built-in encyclopedia of the game, which keeps track of everything you have collected. Collecting all items belonging to a set will provide your character with various stat boosts. The Codex activates automatically upon obtaining a piece of equipment for the first time.

Codex Guide

Rewards are available for completing the codex of each grade. Equipment entries activated in the Codex are permanent, regardless of whether or not the item is still owned in your Inventory. That means you just need to acquire an item to register it to the codex once and you can part with it if you need to. You can access the Codex by tapping the main menu, select Item, then select Codex.

How to Collect Codex Rewards

There’s an individual reward for each set per grade. There are certain sets that will only require you to collect a certain number of pieces even if you don’t complete the entire set. However, the stat bonuses can only be collected after completing the set. Don’t worry about missing these since the game will notify you if you have a Codex reward available.

Codex Guide

Since there are items and equipment that are locked by region and your overall progress in the game, you don’t really need to focus on the Codex. You should check it regularly to see if there’s anything you’re missing that can be acquired immediately or if you just need a handful of items needed to complete a set.

That concludes our Codex guide in Blade & Soul Revolution. Please check out our other pages within the guide for more helpful tips and information about the game.
