How do you transfer accounts from old phone to new phone?

If you link the account to your social media account, e.g. FB, Twitter, the game will upload your account data onto the new phone when you launch the app on the new device and agree for the app to link with the pre-linked social media account.

Do you have to do anything on the old phone first because it's not allowing me to link my account on my new phone it's telling me the social account is already been bound with another game account. 0 0 REPORT
