I am commander of a small alliance, and a heavy loss attack is imminent. I would like to move my CVP, but do not want to leave members behind, short of leaving a message for members. Do all members of the alliance move together when CVP moves, or do the have to teleport afterwards?

At this time, only the buildings will move with the CVP, all bases will stay put until the new CVP location is confirmed. Once the new location is confirmed, then the bases can teleport to the new location. Also note that moving the Guard Tower will cost gold as well.
