How do I get my carrier to idle status?........ Because I wanted to dismantle it........ Plz help if ukno

I moved my aircraft carrier to last but same message again that aircraft carrier is not idle?!

It has to be moved to the last/bottom slot in your dock and cannot be used as a defense carrier.....then it becomes idle and you can dismantle it.
