When you occupy a tile on the map and you put specialized military ants in the camp technically they are deployed, which activates the ants Legion skills, so does this mean I receive those legion skill boosts from those specialized military ants if I was attacking a target with a second march? The military ants say the boosts activates once deployed, sharing those boosts with Any troops of the same type that are currently engaged in Battle.

No, you will only receive the Spec Ant bonus from the ants attached to the march you attack with
