I want to move my whole alliance to another state, but don't want to lose our alliance level and buildings we have earned, (I know I'll have to recycle them but still want them available to rebuild in new state) is this possible? Tia

No, unfortunately it is not possible to move your entire alliance without losing the alliance completely also each member must move to a new state individually.
