My game keeps disconnecting when I load it on my phone & I can't do anything. I have tried clearing cache & data as well as uninstalling & reinstalling. Both app & phone are up-to-date. Any other suggestions for me to be able to play? I can't read any mail, activate shields, help my alliance, chat, etc.

The only thing I know that can cause you to disconnect is your internet connection.

It wasn't my internet connection as all my other apps and games were able to connect. If I rebooted my phone and logged on immediately I was able to play for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. It has since been corrected. Although I have the occasional moment when it disconnects. The first thing I did was turn off my WiFi and use my data, which is unlimited. I also had the same problem on different WIfI connections. I'm pretty sure the problem was on the Ant Legion server end. 0 0 REPORT
