Other ants attack you to steal RSS and gain exp. Points. You got zerod, most likely some ants are still Healable. You cant be attacked with your shield up.

Typical best case scenario is to belong to an alliance and live in a safe state NAP environment. That doesn’t always exist and a lot of questions on how do you find such a place. Pay attention to state and alliance chats for instructions.
