In regards to the Stump Event?
Are we allowed to hop around, attack and pillage hives, similar to Conquest Event?

After the first stump is completed the second stump event will pair you with other states. You can then go over to that state and attack everyone on the dirt. You can also take over towers and try to win their stump.
