How do I get my old account back on my new cell phone?

If you have bound your previous account then you can go to More > Settings > Account.

Then use the User Center option to switch to the previous account by logging in.

If you haven't bound it then see if you can get back on the old device and use the same method to bind it first.

If you cannot do this then try contacting the game support to see if they can help you recover the lost account.
