Hello, a question, it seems in the game it is a mystery. How to raise attack defense and life stats?

Hello, a question, it seems in the game it is a mystery. How to raise attack defense and life stats? I see that there are some who have 2000% in their stats and others 700% in defenses or attacks or life. What should be improved so that stats go up? I see people with little evolution in genes, cells and gear with level 30 and I am new to 35 and they beat me. It has super high attack and defense stats.

There’s many ways to raise your stats: Foster your ant levels, gene improvement, totem improvements, snail improvement, cell improvements, gear improvements, diligence will improvement legacy improvements. The list goes on. A 1000% t8 will beat a 100% t9.
