I have inactive members from another alliance in our hive. How do I rid of them or how many times does it take to force port them?

If your in that clan, and your a tier 4, then you can kick them out. If your in a NAP (Non aggression pact) with the other alliance, you can contact their leader to tell them to kick them out. Clans eventually kick people out naturally who are inactive for about 7 days.

Didn't answer the question asked. OP wasn't asking how to remove a player from alliance roster they were specifically asking how to get rid of nuisance hives in their territory.
