Hero Management
More Undead World: Hero Survival
In Undead World: Hero Survival, you will be battling hordes of enemies with select heroes from different factions. In order to make a strong team and provide them with better power, you’ll need to manage them individually. There are a variety of ways you can improve your team, and this isn’t limited to their stats.
In this page, we’ll check out the different ways that you can manage the heroes that you currently have, as well as the other features that you can unlock from the Heroes section of the game. Let us check the different features that are available.
Hero Roster
When playing the game for the first time, you’ll encounter the Hero section of the game that will house all of the heroes that you have currently recruited so far. By default, you’ll gain access to 85 slots for your heroes. This isn’t bad when starting, but eventually you’ll need more space if you keep recruiting heroes. Your hero slots can be increased by tapping on the + button on the upper right side, and you’ll use Diamonds to make more space.
The heroes here are sorted by level on default, but you can view the heroes by sorting them according to their specific factions. The heroes that you can acquire can be fast over time, so make sure that you check the Harbor and enable auto dismiss for common heroes. Your main focus after all will be Epic Heroes, and you can have some supplementary Rare Heroes on the side.
Leveling Up and Reinforcing Equipment
In order to make each hero stronger, you’ll have to level then up and provide them with equipment. Tap on the hero of your choice, and you can use the Level Up button. This will use Gold, EXP Drinks, and eventually you’ll use Energy Drinks to surpass some level caps.
Each Hero comes in a specific grade such as Common, Rare, Epic, etc. and the each have their max level. Once you have reached this, you’ll need to ascend them in order to get more levels as well as increase their grade. Epic Heroes can reach up to Legendary + which is the strongest.
Equipment that is Rare and above can be reinforced to three stars and up depending on the rarity. Tap on the equipment of your choice, and then use the Reinforce button to make them stronger. This will use materials such as the Parts Box as well as other equipment.
Completing Stage 6-20 and 9-30 will let you unlock new Equip Slots which can add a Hero’s signature equipment. This can provide high stats and it also has additional skill effects per hero available.
Forming Squads
Eventually, you’ll be able to unlock different modes in the game. Some modes might require you to use a different set of heroes than your usual one, and it can be annoying to keep on swapping your roster during battle. Once you have completed stage 2-1 you’ll be able to unlock the Squad option.
Here, you’ll be able to save different hero combinations as squads, this will make it easier for you to manage heroes for a specific battle. Squads can be managed through the heroes section of the game, and you can use them during battle preparation.
Assigning Formations
Other than using specific combinations, you’ll be able to change the formation of your team once you have completed stage 6-15. By default, you have the Balanced Formation where there is one hero at the front, two behind, then two at the very back. Once you have unlocked more formations, you’ll be able to change your tactics on how a battle goes.
You can unlock the following formations as well, and they can prove useful depending on how much specific roles you have in a team. Usually, you’ll find this useful at the Skyscraper mode. If the balanced formation doesn’t work well for you, you can try out other types.
Knowing how to manage your heroes will help you with clearing a lot of stages in the game, and eventually you’ll be able to clear modes in adventure with ease. We hope that this information has helped you with your heroes.
