Academy

In Undead World: Hero Survival, completing the different stages in the game as well and moving forward through the story will let you unlock different features available for your use. Since the world is filled with the Undead, you’ll need to have a place that will keep your safe.

Completing Stage 1-12 in the game will let you gain access to the Hideout. This location provides you with different facilities available for your use and they provide useful functions. One of these facilities is the Academy, and we will be checking what benefits you can get from here.

What is the Academy?

The Academy is a feature in the Hideout that you can unlock once you have completed Stage 2-15 in the campaign. Whenever you battle versus enemies, you’ll only get to choose up to 5 heroes at a time, but you might have other new heroes that will need to level up as well. In order to increase your levels, you’ll need Gold, EXP Drinks, and Energy Drinks. This is a valuable resource that you’ll want to save for your 5 best heroes.

The Academy is a place where you can sync your other heroes to the top 5 heroes you currently have. Syncing means that their level will copy the level of your main heroes. However, the level that they will copy will have certain restrictions. You can sync heroes depending on how much slots that you have at the Academy.

Hero Syncing Requirements

In order to sync your heroes, there are specific requirements first. Your 5 strongest heroes will be the basis for syncing, and whoever has the lowest level of these 5 will determine the sync capability. For example, you have 5 heroes that are level 80, then your sync hero will be level 80 as well. However, if you have 5 heroes where they are all level 80 except one who is level 60, then the sync level will follow the weakest.

In this photo, we have 5 heroes and they are composed of the following levels (80, 80, 80, 73, and 61). You will notice that the heroes added to the Sync slots will follow the one who has the weakest level which is 61.

Adding Sync Slots

What if you want to add more Sync slots in order to help level your other heroes? You will either have to use Sync points, or Diamonds in order to complete this. Sync Points can be acquired from Idle Rewards only, so make sure to claim them daily.

Diamonds are an option however; you wouldn’t really need it much. After all, your focus would be your 5 main heroes, right? The Academy will provide level boost support for extra heroes that you might need, so only use Diamonds as a last resort.
