Added:
When going through your journey in Soul Guardian, you’ll get to find different enemies along the way. Some of these enemies come from the wild such as going through the grass, or perhaps you’ll be able to fight other trainers as well.

Your team members have their own corresponding levels once you have acquired them. It’s up to you as the trainer in order to help them get stronger. As you level them up, their stats will increase, and they can even learn new moves. In this page, let’s check how you can make your team stronger.

How to level up

You have started your journey and you’re going through your first set of tutorials. One of the things that you’ll learn in the game are the battles that you’ll be facing. You can have battles in the wild, as well as battles versus trainers. In doing so, completing battles successfully will help level up your team members.

Acquiring experience is needed in order for you to level up. You can get these through the battles that you have won, but there’s also another feature in Soul Guardian that you can use in order to level up faster. Tap on the computer icon on lower-right side of the screen, and you’ll be able to view your team.

You’ll notice that there ae several buttons on the lower-right side which you can use, and one of them is the Upgrade button. By using this, you can provide EXP to your partners manually and level them up. You can use the EXP Up items of your choice, and each level up will increase their power. You can also use the Quick Upgrade button to max out their levels that are attainable.

Increasing your level cap

You might attempt to use all of you EXP Up items, but you’ll notice that it won’t work all the time. All of your team has a level cap that they’ll reach before you level them up again. If you check your home screen, you’ll notice that there’s also a level of your account on the upper-left side of the screen.

If you want to continue leveling up your team members, you will need to increase your account’s level as well. You can acquire Account EXP by completing Main Story Quests, as well as Daily Quests. The account level cap is added in order to prevent you from maxing out a single character for completing the game.

Other methods for increasing power

If you have maxed out your current level, you might be wondering if there are other means for you to make your team stronger. By checking the computer, you’ll find that there are still other ways for you to make them stronger such as evolving them, adding effort and individual values, as well as equipping them with cards and ranking them up.

Equipping them with cards is a one-time process, and once all card slots have been filled, you’ll be able to rank them up for better stats. Because of this, you’ll need to make sure that you’ll equip cards on team members that you’ll use often. This way, you won’t waste your resources.
