After destroying the hood's first omega guardian, head to the new district and talk to Silent Shadow.

Follow the marker and enter the Cursed Temple hideout. Continue along the straightforward path and clear the enemies along the way. In the trapped corridor, you have to repel the ambush of minions before you can access the button that will lower the spikes. Continue forth.

You'll reach a large room with different exits. One of them leads to a ninja chest, an ordinary chest, and the computer room. Access the computer to complete the hideout. Talk to Silent Shadow to complete the quest.
