Find and appease Punky Crewster

After completing the first sidequest, ride the police car. Use it to smash the barrier nearby. Now follow the marker leading to the Brick Market Hideout and enter it.

Once inside, open the chest to get a new weapon for Alex. Follow the tutorial on how to change the equipment of your character. You can level up your equipment by collecting the same piece. Upon level up, weapons can get damage boosts, and hats give extra defense and even shields hearts in your life bar.

The game recommends using Alex in this hideout, so let's do that. Otherwise, revert back to your preferred character. Head to the next room and step on the first pressure plate on the floor. Now step on the one to the southeast of the room to get a clear pass to the next room.

In the next laser-trapped room, time your movement, preferably by dashing to either side of the room past the firing laser traps. Now you have to step in the red pressure plate. Just be careful not to get damaged by the rotating laser contraption. Stepping on it will launch you to the next plate. Time your movement to get launched outside the enclosure and out of the room.

In the next room, there are a lot of goons waiting. Take them all out and the next door will be opened. Head to the next room that's full of spikes. You don't need to worry about these spikes since they'll just extend and retract automatically as you walk over them.

After passing through the spiked room, destroy the furniture ahead and enter the red room in the southeast. This flying chest can only be reached by beaming Totems, which is basically three heroes stack on top of the other. This will require real Sick Bricks toys.

Leave the room then head to the northwest. There will be another room with a treasure chest. Open it then continue to the next room to the northeast. Cross the laser beams then continue to the next room. Defeat all the goons to open the door and continue forth.

Now there will be lasers beaming from each corner of the next room. Cross it safely then head to the doorway. Here, you'll find Punky Crewster. After talking to him, activate the computer in the next room to complete the Hideout and get your reward.

Once done, head back to Officer Kuffowitz. He will then ask you to Clean up the streets once again. You need to look for the group of enemies, led by one goon that can fire lasers. Once you're done hunting a total of fifteen targets, head back to Kuffowitz for your reward. For your next quest, follow the marker and talk to Punky Crewster.
