Talk to Katt Burglar again to receive this quest. Return to the previous district and follow the quest marker. When you're near the chest, you'll encounter a new enemy, the Shielder. Use ranged attacks against it.

More enemies will appear, guarding the chest. Defeat them all then loot the chest. Return to Katt Burglar to complete the quest and get your reward.
