Hideout: Warehouse of the Ratmobile

Continue following the straightforward path until you reach another room with fans. You have to maneuver your character while he's being blown by the fans to reach the doorway you want to enter.

This is a rather small area since one of the doorways will lead you to the computer room immediately. Explore the other rooms first to find a hybrid space-superhero chest and an ordinary chest. Access the computer once done looting the chests to complete the hideout and open the next district.
