Talk to Knight Rat to start the quest. Follow the marker until you reach the Virtual Training Center hideout. Enter it.
The first area of the room has some fans blowing and flame traps on the floor. Press the buttons to reverse the blow of the fans and move quickly to the doorway you want to enter. One of the paths lead to an ordinary chest, a flying chest, and the doorway leading to the next area.
Continue to the next large room to fight the Crystalozor boss. You just need to deplete its first HP bar and it will retreat. Head to the next room to find Finley Fishsticker. Talk to him then access the computer to complete the hideout.
Report back to Knight Rat to complete the quest. Now you have to complete the remaining hideouts in the district.
