Tactical What?

Talk to Xeno Mite beside the newly destroyed Omega Guardian to accept this quest. Follow the marker and talk to Ace Orbit next. Enter the hideout nearby. (Hideout: Alien Observatory)

You have to find the two levers in this area. There's a room where the floor panel combinations control the spikes blocking the path. To access the NW path, you have to step on the SE and NE panels. To access the path to the SE, you have to step on the NW and NE panels. The NW path leads to a lever while the SE path leads to a flying chest.

Backtrack to the other path and continue exploring. There's a large dead-end room with a chest, just defeat all enemies to access it. Find the last lever to open the locked door. Defeat the last group of goons then continue forth until you find Redzone Ranger and Xeno Mite. Talk to either of them to complete the quest. Access the computer to leave the hideout.
