Hideout: Malefic Cybercafe

This is one of the hideouts that doesn't have any tied quests so you might be tackling this last. Destroy the furniture in the first room. Next, head to the next room and avoid the slowing, purple tiles while taking out the enemies. Next, cross the flaming floor grates. In the next room, you have to make your way again through more lasers. Exit the next area to the southwest.

Next, loot the chest in that room. Head to the next room and avoid more grates and purple tiles. Go along the main path and avoid more traps. You'll find the doorway heading to the next area of the hideout. Enter it.

Both rooms in the northwest and southeast are filled with goons. Before heading there, check out the middle room to the east. You'll find a chest there that can be opened only by a City character. Once looted, you need to enter the room to the NW (the SE leads to a deadend). Clear the initial room of goons to unlock the door ahead then cross the next room filled with traps. After clearing this room, destroy the furniture along the way until you reach the computer.

If this is the third hideout, this should destroy the Omega Guardian in this district. You'll also get a Golden Key to unlock more hoods. Once you're outside, talk to Smokey Burns to complete the quest. A new district in the City Center will be unlocked as well.
