Enigma Room

Talk to Jack Wisecracker to start the quest. Follow the marker and enter the Palace of Sneer hideout. Navigate through the rooms with fans and fire traps. The first area should lead to two dead end rooms containing an ordinary chest or a superhero chest. You also need to find the doorway leading to the next area.

In the second area, you'll find four red panels on the floor in the next room. The correct sequence is south, west, north, east. I'm not sure if the sequence will change depending on the random map layout. After entering the correct sequence, a black chest will appear. Open it and Jack will appear. The quest will be complete. The chest will also turn into an ordinary chest so loot it then access the computer to complete the hideout.

Now you have to complete the remaining hideouts in this district to access the next area and continue the main quest.
