After destroying the third Omega Guardian, head to the new district and talk to Hank Hacksaw to receive this quest. You have to rebuild his house and Rotten’s house. You need 250 coins, 500 blocks, and 1 battery to build each of their houses. You’ll also get a star for each of them.
After rebuilding the houses, you’ll be able to use Hank Hacksaw for free for an hour. Report back to Rotten Walker this time to complete the quest and get your reward.
