The Training Field is one of the facilities in the game that you can use to improve your Followers’ stats. This facility allows your Followers to improve their Talent EXP and Duel EXP passively. In our Training Field Guide, we will discuss the basics of this feature.

Refantasia: Charm and Conquer is a simulation and empire-building game where players take on the role of a Lord and attempt to forge their path in a fantasy medieval world. Choose your consorts, produce heirs/heiresses, forge alliances, and manage your kingdom and lead it to prosperity.

The Training Field is accessible in the City screen of the game. This facility allows you to leave Followers to passively earn Talent EXP and Duel EXP. Talent EXP is used for leveling up talents while Duel EXP is needed to improve a follower’s Duel Skill. So far, this is the only other method for a follower to earn Duel EXP aside from participating directly in the Arena. The Duel Skill level determines the chance of the follower’s Blast (special attack) to trigger during PvP, as well as the extra damage it deals. Basically, the higher probability and extra damage allows the user to be more effective in PvP combat.

The EXP gained from training needs to be claimed manually. The maximum time a Training session takes is about 12 hours; after reaching that limit your followers will stop earning EXP until the stored EXP is claimed. Thankfully, there’s a convenient “Collect All” button at the bottom of the screen that you can use to instantly collect the stored EXP from all deployed followers in the facility. You’ll start off with a handful of slots; additional slots can be unlocked by spending Crystals. The amount of crystals needed for unlocking slots will increase as you unlock more slots. Another permanent slot will become available if you purchased a Lifetime Card. Consider unlocking at least four or five additional slots and assign your followers with high Might since that attribute will be calculated during a duel.
