How can I increase my inventory space?

Level up your other character to level 20, you'll automatically get an additional 100 slots. If you somehow level them up again till level 40, you'll get an additional 100 slots, but that's it.

is not automatic, you need to activate the class upgrade in your characters when they reach lv20 and lv40
