Generally speaking, SR heroes are great only as placeholders early on, until you're able to summon SSR and UR units. They are not worth investing heavily on since they lack considerable power-boosting features like Divinity and Iconic Weapons.

The hero tokens you'll get from their duplicates can still be used for enhancing SSR/UR heroes.
