Where is the post office? The game is asking me to collect stuff from the post office but I don't know where to go.

It's a little confusing, the post office means the in game mail which has messages for you and some supplies at the start and other regular rewards.
Tap the shop cart icon a the bottom to open the shop screen and then see the Inbox tab at the top to find your waiting items.

You press on shop and then navigate over to I box and then you just hit "take" on the items you would like to take. Also anything that you buy from the shop goes directly into there. Hope this helps 😃
