How do I cook?

Gathering meat, berries, and other food materials can be cooked in the game. This way, you'll be able to restore your hunger much better than eating raw food. In order to cook, you'll need to have the correct ingredient as well as fuel.

Open your crafting section to view your available blue prints. Under furniture, you should see a Bonfire available. You can craft one by using the following items:

x5 Pine Log

x5 Limestone

x 1 Hemp Fiber

You can place the Bonfire near your house and start cooking. Interact with the Bonfire and you'll be able to see your inventory, as well as an interface on the right for cooking. Click the "Recipe" button to see which food items you can use for cooking.

In order to cook, you'll also need fuel. You can use logs or coal to fuel your fire and start. Once you're cooking, a timer will appear on the right side. You can continue other tasks and go back to the bonfire later to gather back the food.

Tip: You can create multiple bonfires to make different varieties of food at the same time.
