Outfit System

You’ve obtained some gear for your character, and then upon wearing them you’ll notice that your character’s look didn’t change. What gives? Isn’t your character’s gear the ones that affect their looks? Well, it’s different in Forsaken World: Gods and Demons since have a separate Outfit system. Your character’s looks can only be changed through this, while gear is treated differently.

In this guide, we’ll discuss how to unlock the Outfit System, as well as the bonuses that you can obtain for collecting different types of outfits. After all, you’ll want your character to look unique right, so having a nice outfit will come in handy.

How to unlock the Outfit System

Similar to other features in the game, the Outfit System is unlocked once you reach a specific level in the game. Thankfully it’s not too far, and you can unlock outfits already once you reach level 22. You can then access this feature through the game’s menu, an then press Outfits.

Once you open the interface, you’ll notice that outfits have different categories on the right side. This means that you can mix and match different outfits based on the category that you layer together in order to provide you with a specific look in the game.

How to unlock new Outfits

You may be looking at your character and notice that they’re just wearing their class uniform. Perhaps you’ll want to change your outfit already, so you’ll want to get new ones as soon as possible. If you check the game’s outfit interface, you can view the possible choices in the game already to see if it fits your character. In order to know the method of unlocking, you can check the green text on the lower left side.

You’ll notice that a lot of outfits in the game are provided through Promotional Events. So always check the event banners in the game if a certain outfit is featured. Some outfits can also be obtained through log-in events, as well as the game’s shop.

What bonuses can you get from outfits?

Is there a point for obtaining outfits aside from gaining new looks only? Well, there is! Having as much outfits as possible will be beneficial for your character, because you’ll get bonus stats that can be activated each time you unlock a new one.

If you look beneath the outfit’s description on the left side, you’ll notice that you have activated stats for outfits that you own. Any locked outfits will provide you with a list of stats that can be activated once you obtain them. This means that the more outfits that you have, then the more bonuses you can get for your character. This is one of the few ways for your character to get stronger!

Can you customize outfits?

The outfit models in the game have a specific look, and the only way you can change it is by changing their color. This is done through the Dye button on the lower right side. If you press it, you’ll be able to preview the different color choices that you can have for your character.

Depending on your color choice, they will need Mystery Pigment as well as Dye from the Shop. These materials can unlock different palette colors, and you’ll need these items each time you dye an outfit piece, so make sure to choose wisely!
