Last Updated:

Battles are a primary feature that you’ll be experiencing in Lord of Heroes. The different stages in the game’s main story will let you fight different waves of enemies, and there will be a lot of times as well that you get to fight some Bosses. Aside form each hero’s skills and roles, another important feature of each hero is their respective element.

In this page, we’ll be checking what elements are in Lord of Heroes, as well as their strengths versus other types. The different kinds of elements you will find in the game are fairly simple therefore it will be easy for you to master the effectiveness each hero can have.

What are Elements?

Elements are a primary feature that each hero has in the game. A hero that you get to recruit will have a specific element assigned to them, and you will have to recruit other heroes if you want other kinds of elements. For example, you get to have characters with specific elements at the start of the game such as Fram (Water), Johann (Light), Charlotte (Earth). Some characters that you get to recruit from the game’s story will also have a specific element assigned.

There are five elements in Lord of Heroes: Water, Fire, Earth, Light, and Dark. The first three elements have a triangle relationship in terms of strengths and weakness while Light and Dark are both strong and weak against each other.

You’ll be able to see respective element in the game by checking the background color of a character’s level. Water has Blue, Fire has Red, Earth has Green, Light has Yellow, and Dark has Purple. Having a hero composition of varied elements will help you cover different bases in terms of fighting specific enemies.

When starting out in the game’s story, your hero elements won’t matter much since you will be able to clear through the story content with your initial heroes. However, later on in the game you might reach a point where you can get stuck in terms of your party’s power level, and the elemental advantage you will have will be more important. One specific Hero can have other elements as well, but you’ll have to recruit them to your team.

Element list and effectiveness

Now that you know the importance of an Element later on in the game, you will want to know how strong each element is versus another. The table below shows every element in the game, and which elements they are strong against. You might even see the effectiveness chart in the game at times through a loading screen.

Once you have recruited the hero of your choice as well as their corresponding element, you will have to learn other ways of making your hero stronger such as increasing their current level, promoting them, and ascending them. These will require different types of materials in order for you to get increased power.

Before using resources, you will want to make sure that the hero you will have on your team is someone that you will use often. Resources can be scarce, so having the right team will help you decide whether you are willing to let go of these materials. We will be making other pages regarding on the ways on how to make your heroes stronger, so please check them out.

This concludes our Element Guide in Lord of Heroes. We will be having more guides regarding the game, so please make sure to check out our other pages.
