Where do I find oak trees?

In the Charred Forest. You're gonna need a Metal Axe the Stone Axe don't work with the oak trees.

PS: i think they are only 3 oak trees.

Also the last shelter has oak wood transport need

Many oak in charred forest but you'll get poisoned by taxation 1 oak per tree sorry stone ax will work just breaks faster

I just went there today and collected 20 oak wood. 3 trees took 8 hits but gave 2 oak wood. This is months later and I’ve only been playing for about a week, so maybe they updated this since
