How to "buy a terminal"? Is it just upgrading? Or is there something else that needs to be done?

Yes, there is something that has to be done to buy a terminal. To buy a terminal, first go to Career, then click Terminal, moreover, choose your country, then there will be a list of terminals that you can buy ranging from 30-100 gold. Then, unlock any terminal you want to buy with your gold, and you now own a new terminal. To upgrade any terminals you own, simply click the Upgrade button next to it. Thank you!
