How come ‘Murat’ in my hired drivers list asking me to hire him for 999.0k in Turkish Lira’s?

How come ‘Murat’ in my hired drivers list asking me to hire him for 999.0k in Turkish Lira’s? Another hired Driver has vanished from the list due to this too. Looks to me like a virus. Anybody else the same thing happened to them?

I'm having the same issue, also many of my drivers disappeared and I should have 91 drivers only showing 54.
