Why can I send my drivers or collect my reward?

Why can I send my drivers or collect my reward? Why I can see no adds to collect my rewards . it needs to be fix. why can I only send 50 drivers when I have 100 buses; or you have 100 buses but can send them all? And why you send us to get more buses when you can't use them? Why give me so much buses if I can used them
