Hello! Why are some drivers unable to provide services after a certain time?

Hello! Why are some drivers unable to provide services after a certain time? Is it a bug or intentional? One of my favorite drivers just disappeared after finishing a route.

Are they disappearing or not to be seen on your drivers list? When you accept a route you can choose out of cars ánd drivers by scrolling and all you drivers are at least there, obtainable.
