There are numerous ways for you to improve the growth of your Hero in Blade Idle. Improving your hero’s stats, skills, and equipment are some examples that will help with your progress, you will notice that when using the summon feature, you’ll be able to unlock the summon Relic feature. So, what are relics anyway? Are they items that you can equip?

Welcome to our Relics Guide, in this page we’ll be checking out how the relic system works in Blade Idle, and why it’s important for you to acquire them. Aside from the items you can provide as equipment, relics provide you with features that are permanent for your hero. Let us check what this system has to offer for you.

What are Relics?

Once you have cleared Stage 2-40 in the game’s campaign mode, you’ll be able to unlock the Summon Relic feature, as well as the Relic section on the game’s menu. In order to acquire relics, you will need to summon them first using Diamonds. Similar to summoning other items, the relics that you can acquire have specific drop rates. Relics are items that you can acquire which will let you level up a system that can provide you with permanent buffs.

Leveling up Relics: Each summoned relic that you can acquire will increase a corresponding buff for your hero. You can summon multiple relics as well since they’ll be the materials required in order for you to level them up. Relics have a max level that can be achieved, and any extra relic you can acquire from maxed ones can be sold for Diamonds instead.

Even if you have a lot of relics available as materials for leveling up, take note that the success rate for leveling a relic will decrease as you reach higher relic levels. You will be able to see the success rate below the level up button. Relics cost the highest as well in terms of Diamonds that you’ll be using, so make sure to farm first before having a summon session.

Level up relics to increase their buffs. The higher the level you achieve, then the lower the success rate. Relics can be maxed out as well.

Ancient Relics on the other hand can be acquired later in the game once you complete stage 15-50. This will let you get ancient relics which can be acquired from Raids only, therefore this is a system that can take some time to acquire. By focusing on summoned relics first, you’ll be able to get permanent buffs which will definitely help you in your progress.
