Egyptian Tomb Walkthrough - Part 2

This is our guide to Part 2 of the Egyptian Tomb chapter of 3D Escape Room : Mystic Manor. After returning to the study following part 1 of the Egyptian tomb you will be able to turn to a second page of the book in the device.

You then find yourself in a second chamber of the tomb.

Book One - Part Two Walkthrough

There is a door in the center and on the left and right of this are 2 plinths with figures of the Goddess Ma'at.

Look at the figure on the left. Notice that it has an arm missing.

Then collect an item from the ground in front of it. Strange Rotary Wheel.

View the front of the plinth and use the lens to see a hand symbol. Tap here to open the panel and you can collect a Feather of Ma'at.

You should also take a look at a plaque on the front to see an arrangement of heads facing left or right. This is a clue.

Now look at the opposite figure.

Examine the same area of the base with the heads. You can turn these ones to face to the left or right.

Turn them to match the ones on the other plinth.

Solution:

This will extend 2 shapes below.

View the Strange Rotary Wheel in your inventory. You can turn each of the circles in it to re arrange them.

Align then as shown

Now you can slot the Wheel onto the 2 shapes, then turn the wheel. This will open a panel on the side of the plinth.

Collect the Octagonal Floral Tile from the center and then you can pull down a lever on the left. When the panel lowers collect the Wing. (Maya's Arm)

Go back to the Statue on the left and you can view the side of if with the missing arm. Place the Wing here.

Now notice the drawings on the back wall behind each of the 2 statues. These show the same statues.

Move the arms / wings on each side of the statue to match the positions of the drawings.

Once done you will notice a change on the central door. Look in the middle to see a feather shape slot. Place the feather of Ma'at here and then turn it to reveal a puzzle.

Door Puzzle

• Using the lens you will see some glowing bars on the left and the right sides.
• There are four diamond shaped buttons, two on the left and two on the right.
• Tap the buttons to make the bars move in and out.
• As you move them you can make the door lower by making the lowest bars on the door disappear (move out).
• Keep adjusting the bars to lower the door. Once the door reaches the bottom it is full open and you have completed this puzzle.

Enter the second room.

First notice the door at the far and has 2 large bowls to the sides, the one on the left has a fire burning, the one on the right does not. Look in the bowl on the right.

Bowl Dagger Puzzle

• Tap on the green jewels around the rim of the bowl to move the daggers in and out from the center.
• Moving one dagger will also move the ones to the left and right of it.
• Find a way to move all of the daggers out so that you can access the center of the bowl.

Once done you can collect a latter, a Pharaoh's Mask and a Note.

You can view the Note for a clue. This shows you values for symbols and at the bottom is a sum with colors.

Next view the tall square column on the left. Look at the base to see a hole.

Place the Octagonal Floral Tile here and then a side panel will open.

Look inside and turn the 2 round catches to release a Square floral tile that you can collect.

Now view the shorter square column on the right of the room. Place the square tile into the slot. Turn the tile and the column will extend above.

Look on the front and sides of the extended pillar. You will see scarabs with colored gems above them (Red , Blue and Green)

Each one also has symbols that you have seen on the note

The note also contains a sum with colors. We need to add these together.

Now look at the top of the extended pillar, there is a star shape dial with 5 numbers (lines) around the points.

Turn the dial so that the pointer moves to the numbers from the answer to the sum.

The front panel opens and you can collect a Pyramid Model, then also a Scarab Beetle Badge

View the first pillar on the left again and you will see a round slot on the front, place the scarab beetle badge here.

You will then see a glowing cube in the lens view.

• You can rotate the cube around. On the left side is a light dot that you can slide around on the lines.
• The lighter blocks on the cube can be taped to rotate them to change the direction of the lines.
• On the right side you will see a circle where you need to move the light dot to.
• Arrange the square tiles to create a path to move the light dot along to the end circle.

Once done another panel opens and a figure appears, which then opens a door.

You can collect the Statue of Goddess figure.

View the Pyramid Model in your inventory and add the figure to it, then lower the arm.

Now you can open the top of the pyramid and collect a Triangle slider.

Next view the circle on the door that has been revealed.

• At the top, bottom, left and right are 4 blocks with symbols on them.
• Move these in towards the center, you will then see that underneath are 4 slots with symbols on them.
• Rotate the circle and then place the matching symbol blocks back onto the correct slots.

A Pharaoh face is reveals on the left.

Place the Mask onto the face and then another will be revealed on the right.

Notice that below the 2 faces there is a slider, with 6 levels. You need to set these to the correct positions.

Look on the center door to see 2 feather / wing shapes on the left and right. These have two colors to them, lighter at the top and darker below. Set the relative slider to the position of the bottom light feather.

Left set it to the 4th mark down. Right set it to the second mark down.

The circle panel opens on the door. At the top is a slot for a missing piece. Add the Triangle to it and slide it down.

You now have a maze puzzle in the center.

• Rotate the circle to direct the ball in the maze.
• As it lands on buttons this will open or close doors in the maze.
• Find a way to open the correct doors and reach the end of the maze.

Once done the ball will fall below and the door will open.

Go through to return to the study in the manor house.

This completes the second part of the Egyptian Tomb. Move on to Part 3.
