I uninstaled game 3 months ago but I get charged for premium every month, that I didn't play! Why? How can I unsubscribe?

Game subscriptions are usually handled via your app store or however you paid when you first subscribed. Usually you can go to your app store (google play etc) app or account and find a list of subscriptions. Then cancel through there.

If not then you will need to find the game developers support contact and message them about it.
