Characters

At the time of writing there are XX playable characters, some are unlocakble by achieving things in the game, and some by using your coins. Here's a rundown of the current character list.

Yutani - To unlock you'll need to find 500 little spaceships in mystery boxes - a pretty hard achievement.

Spike - Unlockable after you've found 200 of Spike's guitars in the mystery boxes

Fresh - He's unlockable after you have found 50 stereos in the mystery boxes

Tricky - A cool looking skater girl with a variety of outfits unlockable with coins

Jake - The main man, he comes with the game!

Frank - Unlockable with 40,000 coins

Frizzy - She's unlokcable with a whopping 150,000 coins!

King - One character that doesn't look particularly suited to running, but none the less if you want him, he's yours for a mere 80,000 gold coins.

Lucy - The Rock Chick, and pretty cheap too otherwise I would not have unlocked her... Can't remember how many coins it was exactly but would have been one of the cheaper ones! Update - She cost 7,000 Coins!

Ninja - A favorite with the kids, and unlokcable for 20,000 coins

Tagbot - This robot character costs 12,000 coins.

Tasha - Now she looks ready to run and you can play as here for 30,000 gold coins.

Zoe - I dunno how this undead chick can run fast - she looks rather unwell to me, but if you want here, just fork out 120,000 gold coins.

Brody - The surfer dude you looks ready to run - yours for a whopping 350,000 gold coins.

Prince K - Currently the most expensive character in the game at 980,000 gold coins!

Limited Characters

There have been numerous characters which have only been unlockable during a certain time period.

Currently, the game is in Mexico City and Rosa is now unlockable for a short time only.

Rosa - A mexico City special character and you've uonly got until April 16th 2014 unlock here, you'll need 95,000 coins though!

However, there is a small time travel glitch which allows you to go back and get the characters you've missed:

Time Travel

Time Travel will allow you to buy removed limited edition characters, and other special mission with limited time, this won't change the location of you run though.

Go to your device's setting and click "Date and Time."

Set the time on stuff you want in the chart below.

October 3, 2012 - Set this date for Zombie Jake.

December 1, 2012 - Set this date for Elf Tricky and Starboard.

January 5, 2013 - Set this date for Tony and Liberty.

January 30, 2013 - Set this date for Carmen and Toucan.

Februrary 28, 2013 - Set this date for Roberto and Kick-Off.

March 1, 2013 - Set this date for Egg Hunt to get the Chicky Hoverboard.

April 5, 2013 - Set this date for Kim and Outback.

May 4, 2013 - Set this date for Harumi and Fortune.

May 27, 2013 Set this date for the Cherry Hoverboard.

May 30, 2013 - Set this date for Nick and Flamingo.
