I think it must be a game update. There is no longer a key in the first picture frame but a razor blade. And the picture frame requires a code to access. 0 0 REPORT

Yes the game has been updated, and the guide has been updated as well with the solution for the picture frame.Guest Answered:
The password for the picture frame is "I luv you" as you can see the doll. The blade is for cutting the doll's stomach and the key is in there.
