Level 1 - Awakening

This is a walkthrough for Level 1 of Spotlight X Room escape.

You find yourself laying on the floor of an apartment room. Tap to get up off of the floor. There are 2 white doors, A drawer unit, pictures with X's and a surveillance camera watching you that seems to be working.

On your first playthrough you will have a tutorial that will guide you to collect a remote control from the white drawers. Then to the left of the room to view a TV report. Select the TV remote and tap the TV to view it, there is a news story about 85 missing people ages 18-45.

Return to the initial view of the White door with the red X. You can tap this to check the view out of the spy hole, this is our way out. Back in the room tap below the coat hanging on the left of the door to collect a crowbar.

Look to the left view of the room to see the TV on the wall and other items of furniture.

On the sofa to the lower left is a soft toy. Tap this to view it. It has a message on it.

Next back up and tap on the table under the TV to view a small picture frame. There is a knife blade in it. Tap to view a puzzle on the back that you need to solve to open it.

Collect the knife blade. Return to the soft toy and use the knife blade to cut it open and collect a key

Now use the crowbar to open the cupboard doors, then tap inside to view a safe and a box. Tap to open the box and collect some Insulating Tape. To open the safe we need a 6 digit code which we have a clue for. Clue:

Open the safe and collect a DVD

Go back to the initial view and use the key on the door on the right to open it. If you hear the doorbell ring have another look out of the spy hole to see who is there. After this you can find a note under the door from the hooded man.

Go through the door on the right to find an office room.

Tap the window sill to collect a blue spray bottle and then tap the book shelf to collect a paper. You can examine the paper in your inventory to see some chords for the song Hurt by Johny Cash.

Tap the far green wall with the 3 frames and tap the one with the red x to move it and reveal a grid of numbers behind it. Collect this paper

Back up and tap the desk to view the laptop on it. Then use the DVD on the laptop to show a screen with a diagram of 9 dots and a red line passing though 4 of them.

Back up and tap on a suitcase on the floor behind the desk. This has a 4 digit lock. Use the clues above to find the code to open it.

Open the case to find a key.

Return to the main room.

Star Secrets:

Use the blue tape on the surveillance camera to cover it.

Use the music cords paper on the Guitar on the wall to pay the song.

By the TV use the spray bottle on the plant to water it.
