This is one of my more favorite, yet sometimes frustrating room escape game. Most of the puzzles aren't too hard to figure out, but there are a few that I had to look up hints for, which is what brought me to this site. I like that it doesn't spoil anything unless you click to have it show, and even then it'll list the hints in case you just need a little help rather than a solution, which is really nice since the game only gives you 3 hints to use unless you want to spend money to get more. Though some things like using the bicycle pump to make a plunger, don't exactly pop into the mind as a possible solution. Makes me wonder if anyone has actually done that IRL.....bike pump plunger...that would be a funny sight to see in someone's bathroom next to the toilet instead of a regular plunger.
While my phone has a fairly decent sized screen, I still have issues making out some of the text in certain places...thought that's mostly due to my own eyesight. Thinking about putting it on my tablet instead for the bigger screen. It's easy to overlook something you can click on, if it's really small and already hard to see. Sometimes when I get really stuck, before looking up hints, I'll just start tapping all over the entire screen in hopes I'll click on something I didn't see before...lol.
Excellent game, held up at level 4 end though. The video doesn't play. Black screen. Hope to sort it soon.
It's good... but much harder on a phone. There have been steps that I've known I needed to take, but maybe because of old eyes or fat fingers I couldn't add an item or move something etc., so then I get stuck. When I go check the walk through I see that I had the right idea... just needed to my exact. Would be better with a little more of a back story. On the phone you just jump right in and away you go. No idea why I was in the first apartment or why... what happened. Why in a hospital... cabin etc. Might be info you get on the PC version of the game. Otherwise, good Covid-19 time waster.
Spotlight: Room Escape is a challenging game. The puzzles are interesting and cause you to problem solve. I ran into a snag when somehow I lost a tool I had. Don’t know what happened but now I cannot advance. Too bad.
Good game I like it but some puzzles have no logic answer. When see walkthrough. For example in level 5 I see your clue for safe code in bed room means the code 2451 but why ???
