Expeditions

In Lord of Heroes, playing through the game’s story will involve exploring the different regions in the game. As the Lord of Avillon, you will need to occupy or ally the neighboring areas in order to expand your influence. Not only will you go through different battles in these regions, but you’ll also be able to unlock different features on the map.

One of the features you can unlock are Expeditions. In this page, we’ll be checking what this feature can provide for you, since it has a lot of benefits that will help with making your heroes stronger. Progressing will require items, so you will need to know how you can get them.

What are Expeditions?

So, what are Expeditions exactly? As the Lord, you will be expanding your influence in different regions that you will occupy, therefore there can be different matters to attend to. There can be decisions that need to be made, and it’s up to you if you want to agree or oppose to them. You can unlock this feature after clearing Stage 1-6 (Normal).

Expeditions let you dispatch your heroes to the different regions in the game. This will then start a countdown timer, and they can be called back once the timer is over. Whenever an expedition is finished, you will then start attending to the matters of the regions they have been sent to.

Agreeing or opposing matters is entirely up to your decision, since it provides you with a choice of a reward. Simply pick the reward of your choice, and then call back your heroes. You can then select them once again in order for them to be dispatched. Since this feature uses time, you will want to have heroes dispatched often.

Possible Rewards

Aside from the rewards that you can claim from handling matters throughout the regions, you will get a completion reward for the dispatch. You should be able to check the possible rewards that you can get through the “Reward Info” button. More materials can be provided if you dispatch on higher difficulties, but that would mean that you’ll need to wait a longer time period.

Possible gifts that you can acquire can include EXP Elixirs, Gold, Equipment, Promotional Agates, and more. But the main thing you’ll want to be able to get is an Alliance Gift. Whenever you complete a dispatch, the alliance gift can be provided to the members of your alliance.

This means that all members that dispatch and get chests will get to share it for everyone, and you’ll be able to claim more gifts in addition to the ones you acquire on your own. Dispatching will take a short amount of time in terms of sending your heroes out anyway.

Once you unlock more difficulties, you can get better rewards but the timer will be affected. As a tip, it would be best for you to do dispatches that are on the Hard difficulty instead, since you should be able to send them out more times within a day compared to the Extreme difficulty.
