How to Contact Monopoly Go Support
In 2024, Monopoly Go has continued to be one of the most played apps around the world, but from time ti time things may go wrong and you need to contract support, here you can find all the ways to get in touch with official Monopoly Go support and our recommended methods.
How to Contact Monopoly GO Support
There are a few options to try to reach out to Monopoly GO Support.
- Via the game app
Tap the three lines at the top of the game screen (known as the hamburger icon), then click settings, then click customer service. This will open up an automated responder which will hopefully answer most of your problems. Unforunately tapping the 'How can I contact Customer Support' link within that system just takes to what looks like an online version of the app game help system.
However if the answer you need is not withing the options given, scroll down to the bottom and find the 'Chat with us' option.
This looks like best option to get in touch with Scopely from withing the app. Although when we tried it, it did try to give us automated responses too.
- Chat Support
As briefly mentioned above there is a 'Chat with us' option when you scroll down to the bottom of the help menu. This looks like the best option to try to get help. However with some further investigation and submitting a test refund request it seems like there is still a 2-4 day wait!
It looks to be quite difficult to get in touch with the 'Chat with us' option. If anyone has managed it and got to talk to a live person instead of a bot, please let us know how in the comments.
How to get Help from Social Channels
It's doubtful anyone on the official social channels of the game will be able to help with any customer service requests, I've seen a lot of request for help, but I can't recall seeing any answered. So, I don't think there is much point expecting help via their Facebook or Instagram account.
The best option I think would be to try the official Discord of the game. There are people from Scopely that are involved with the game that may be able to offer good advice with any problems, as well as an active community of players that may have encountered similar problems and either have a resolution or suggestion.
Here is a link to the official Monopoly GO Discord. Within that Discord, there is a Support Channel, here is a direct link to it.
There you can create a general support ticket, which may be one of the better ways to try to get some things resolved if you are not having much luck with contacting Scopely through the in-game support system.
Or just try both ways!
Known Issues and Live Issues
Scopely keeps a very handy list of known and live issues, follow that link to go there and you will see a list of all of the issues that have been reported and whether or not they have been resolved. There are a quite a few that are still being investigated, but also some that have been resolved, so this is a good page to visit if you are experiencing a bug in your game such as game crashes, houses not appearing, missing rewards, purchase errors, missing rolls, missing tokens etc...
Common Errors in Monopoly GO!
- Stuck on Bank Heist
We've seen a few players stuck on bank heist. We've not discovered a resolution for this, but apparently it is a known problem. If this has happened to you and you got it resolved, please let us know in the comments what you did to fix it.
- Green Houses not being added to the board
Seems to be a visual error and houses are getting added, if that's not the case perhaps check your support options.
