Chapter 9 - Zhao Wanqing

This is the final chapter of Hospital Escape. Patient 9 that you are investigating this time is Zhao, a 25 year old woman and the mysterious woman in red that you have been seeing through the previous chapters.

Hidden / Deformed Objects: Airplane (6)

You begin in a Kindergarten play area.

On the left wall are several shaped alcoves. Tap to view the one on the far left.

Object: The tall block on the right.

Collect the 'Semicircular building block'

Next view the small pillows on the floor in front of the table.

Move the green one to find a 'Triangular building block' to collect.

Now tap on the low table to see this puzzle box.

Add the 2 building blocks to it to open and collect a 'Door handle'

Now view the door at the back, center, of the room. Add the door handle.

Go through into the Toilet

Object: On the floor under the sinks on the far left.

Open the doors to the cubicles.

Under the toilet on the right cubicle you can view a pair of shoes.

Collect from them a 'Sponge'

Above the sinks is a small soap dispenser. View this.

Place the sponge under it. Then tap the button. Collect the 'Sponge covered with hand sanitizer'

Go back to the play room.

Towards the right is a low book shelf. View this.

Collect a book from it.

Flip the pages to find a paper 'Inquiry transcript' (Chapter Clue).

Then on the first page you will see a smudge.

Use the sponge on this to clean it and get a code clue.

To the right of the room is a double door. Tap this to see the lock.

Use the code to open the door.

Go through to the Playground

On the ground to the right is a grey case. View this.

The lock required 4 colored lines shapes.

Hint: The playground has 4 colored shapes.

see the shapes of the play house with slides and steps.

Open the case.

Object: duck on the left.

Collect a 'Vise' (pliers)

Above the steps on the play house is a 3x3 grid design. View this.

This is a maths puzzle. You need to work out what number should go in the bottom row.

Hint: Find a method that lets you make 315 from the numbers 853, and also works for 154 from 769, then apply this to 325

Collect a newspaper (chapter clue)

Go back inside and to the toilet.

Tap inside the cubicle on the left to find this blue slime.

Use the 'vise' on this to collect a 'Screwdriver'

Go back out to the playground.

On the right are 3 blue mushroom shapes. View these.

Use the screwdriver on the right one. Collect a 'Five-pointed star'

Return to the bathroom.

On the wall on the far right is a tile with a star shape. View this

Add the star to it and a secret passage will open.

Go through to the Bus Stop.

Note the letters on the wall. C.PARK. Check them carefully to see what is missing.

View the round bush in front of the letters and collect a 'Wrench'

Move to the right to see some bins. On the left is a small pink tile, collect this. 'Square'

Move to the far left.

Object: On the curb in front of the entrance back to the toilet, green leaves.

Now look on the pink section of wall just to the left of the foot cart to see a small square panel. View this.

This requires a 5 letter code.

Hint: Use the 5 letters seen above but corrected for the missing piece.

Solution:

Press the big red button and a ladder descends, tap this.

From the top collect a 'coin'

Go back inside and to the playground.

On the far right is a red shape. Tap to view this.

Use the wrench on the bolt head to remove it and collect a 'Round hat'

Go back to the Bus stop area and tap on the red food cart.

Add the 'square' and the 'round hat' to it.

Note the symbols. This is a clue.

Now move to the right to find the green sign. View it for a code entry.

Hint: Match the symbols to the ones on the food cart.

Now a bus will arrive.

Along the side of the bus is a small panel to the right of the rear doors. View this.

Use the coin on the screws to remove the cover. Inside collect a 'Disc'

Now move to the front of the bus and open the front door.

Inside the bus

Object. small toy below the blue seats.

On the right of the 3 blue seats is a grey box. View this.

Use the wrench on the bolt there to start a mini game.

Hint: Tap the wrench at the right time to stop the jaws movement at the right size for the bold head.

Once opened collect the 'Connect the wires' (battery cables)

View the green box on the yellow seat on the left.

Add the Disc to it and then collect the 'Accumulator'

On the 4 lowers seat cushions visible at the bottom of the screen tap on the second from the left to move it and collect a 'tablet'.

View this and note the time.

Tap on the 'App' button in the center. Then enter the passcode.

You now start another mini game. This is a follow the card game.

You need to find the card with the patient, Zhao.

There are 3 levels to complete.

Once done you will collect a chapter clue 'Certificate of acceptance in the orphanage'.

Finally the drivers seat to view this area.

You cannot do anything here yet but note the paper with shapes as a clue.

Exit the bus and head back inside to the first play room.

On the right wall above the book case is a white panel. Tap to view this.

Hint: for this puzzle tap pairs of shares to swap their positions.

The paper in the bus has clues for 4 shapes. Place these in the correct places and adjust the others if needed. The positions vary. My solution was:

Collect the scissors.

Go back to the bus (inside). Tap to view the blue suitcase

Use the scissors to open this

Collect a 'Cab key'

View the drivers seat again and use the ab key on the hatch on the right.

Collect 'Black chess'

Now exit the bus and move to the left

Just to the right of the C.PARK letters is a post sticking up behind the tree.

Tap to view this.

Add the 'Black Chess' to this to start a game.

Tap any square to add a piece black, switch it to white or remove it again. The ones in place at the start on the grey squares cannot be changed.

You need to fill the board, make each row and column unique. You need 3 back and 3 white in each row and column. There cannot be more than 2 of the same color next to each other in a row or column.

The starting positions vary so the solutions will be different.

Once done a panel opens with wires.

Add the 'Accumulator' and then the 'Connect the wires' Cables to attach it.

After a few seconds it will be charged and 'explode'

You can then collect the 'Rechargeable Battery'

Go back to the open panel on the side of the bus and place the battery there.

Now move to the far left area again and tap on the ladder.

The lamp near the bottom is now off, tap it to collect the 'Car Key'

Go to the bus drivers seat and use the car key on the ignition.

The bus drives off and you start another mini game.

In this the bus will make stops and you need to allow or deny passengers.

Rules: Passengers must wear masks, properly, masks with gaps or not in the right place are not allowed.

No pets are allowed. But guide dogs are (With harness)

I found that some dogs with harnesses were OK as guide dogs while others were wrong. This may be a glitch.

Once done you will arrive at a house.

In front of the house

Object: on the pavement to the left of the steps.

Tap to view the small trash can by the wall on the right.

Collect a 'Small black round block'

Note the number on the back of the bus. It is hard to read but tap it to get a prompt.

Get back into the bus. And then use the option on the bottom left 'Return to the bus'. This takes you back to the bus stop.

Enter the kindergarten and go to the Playground.

View the spring toy in the bottom center to find a 3 digit code entry.

Enter the bus number.

Collect a 'Cable'

On the far left is another spring toy with 4 seats. Tap the ladybug in the center.

Add the small black round block to it and the wings open, collect a 'Small cube'

Go back into the toilet and view the hand dryer on the right of the sink.

Add the small cube to it top open it and collect 'Pistol Bullet'

Now you need to go back to the bus and use the option 'Return home' To go back to the house.

Tap to view the button on the crossing lights next to the bus.

Tap the button and then add the cable.

Tap the button again to hear a series of beeps and see lights flash at the top of the pole.

Now tap in the dark area under the canopy to the right to find these buttons.

Hint: Follow the sequence of flashes to tap the colored buttons.

The sequence varies each time.

Collect the 'Pistol without bullets' and a 'Diagnose report'

Combine the Pistol and the bullets.

Now tap on the door to the house. There is a padlock.

Use the pistol on the padlock to start another mini game.

You need to tap to place the moving targets on to the padlock. One horizontal and one vertical.

If they both line up you will shoot the padlock.

You enter the house and find the patient / lady in red waiting for you.

Tap the Patient to start the dialogues.
