Chrono Astraea is an idle gacha RPG where you collect legendary heroes and epic loot to strengthen them and allow you to tackle harder challenges and various game modes. The game has a lot of various features that are locked behind player progression. In our Unlocking Features Guide, we will discuss what features you can unlock as you progress through the game.

As mentioned above, the various features in the game are locked behind player progression. This is to ensure that players are ready to tackle the challenges ahead of them based on their experience and knowledge in the game. This is done by tracking the player’s Account Level. You can see your account level in the top-left corner of the screen. The level displayed below the player’s profile icon is the account level.

Players will earn Player EXP when clearing campaign battles. Once enough is collected, the player level will increase and instantly award you with some diamonds. Account level progression is linear and there’s no way to revert or reset it.

Here are the features you’ll unlock as your account level increases.

Additionally, the probability of enemies dropping purple and orange loot is not tied to the account level but by your own hero level. Purple and Orange loot are guaranteed to drop once your heroes reach LV140 and LV180 respectively.
