This is the rate to which your reserves units will come back to you. So, if in a battle you have lost reserves, the recovery rate will determine how quickly you get back more reserves.

I'm not sure the answer above is correct. Recovery Rate is how quickly your unit repairs damage (when garrisoned). Training Speed is how quickly new men/vehicles get built/trained. 1 0 REPORT

But there is also a stated stat for garrisoned recovery as well Add your answer
