Warpath Campaigns are an integral part of the game and allow you to get the resources you need to upgrade your army. Campaigns are also really good to do because the more you complete the more daily rewards you'll get for free every day for the campaigns you have completed... It's the gift that keeps giving!

The campaigns start of quite easy but at some point you may hit a point where you start to get defeated. Here are some tips to help you get through Warpath Campaigns.

1. Go back and upgrade your troops

Check to see if you can upgrade any troops, this could be leveling them up, modifying them, adding parts or assembling more of the same units for a stronger one.

2. Upgrade your barracks

Try to upgrade your barracks as much as you can, a higher level barracks will mean that you can have more troops. Upgrading to field barracks is great as you'll be able to have two tanks instead of one.

If you don't have the resources to make the upgrades then check out your rush items, and rush through production in order to get the resources you need quickly. There is no point on sitting on rush items and resources early in the game. Use them to progress more quickly and you'll soon be earning loads more.

3. Research

Research military technologies in order to increase the level cap on your units. The early level cap is 20, but with a little tech research, you'll soon be increasing this cap to 40. Again, use your rush items to speed through these initial research items so you can get back to making progress in the campaigns.

With these three tips you should easily pass through the initial campaign levels. Look out also for the tips that appear on some of the levels and pay heed to what the game is asking you to do.

As you progress through the campaigns you'll notice that there is a timer, and you'll need to complete the mission objectives before the timer runs our for success.

Campaigns Tips and Strategy

Once you've got through the first three campaigns, as long as you upgrade your troops the rest should be pretty plain sailing, apart from a couple of battles. We do have specific answers to some of the more difficult campaign missions, you are find then on this page: Campaign Answers.

Here we'll give you some general tips and strategy that is applicable to all campaign levels, at the time of writing I'm on 6-33 Legnica, and the only reason I'm not further up is because I don't find the mode very interesting, i'ts literally like the storyline has vanished and there is a pretty simple formula to get through most rounds.

Ok, basically my army is made up of 1x infantry, 1x rocket launcher, 1x tank hunter and 2 heavy tanks. The most important unit is the infantry, and you should prioritize leveling up this unit as it is a massive damage absorber. The rocket launcher will deal incredible amounts of damage, relatively quickly and the tank units, well they are there to absorb some hits too, but also to get into position quickly and contribute their firepower.

So, usually I will throw the whole army into the attack of the initial enemy units, which are usually two or three groups of the enemy, then, once they are engaged in battle, I will drag my infantry to the front to engage the next set of troops (while the rest of the army is still fighting).

When the infantry is very close to the next group of enemy units I will active the bunker and they will start to absorb the attacks. By this time I would have already started to send the other units to auto attack in the position next to, or just in front of my bunkered infantry.

Then the same again, once the battle is close to being over, hide the bunker, advance the infantry to the next set of units, activate the bunker, then send in the rest of the army.

The only way this doesn't work is if you are too slow in sending the army to start attacking after the infantry has started to absorb hits. Another problem could be against certain units

Super Heavy Tanks are sometimes a problem, in this case you should try to draw out the first few of them on their own by not getting your infantry too close to them, and destroy them in smaller batches.

Against an army of rocket launchers or similar bunker busting units, you need to be really quick and have little time between your infantry engaging the enemy and your other units starting their own attack. Even a very strong infantry unit can only withstand one or two barrages from an army of rocket launchers at higher levels.

If you are having trouble can try try other variations of units, perhaps even two infantry units, but always make sure that you have a big damage dealer in their such as the rocket launcher, and they are set far back so they don-t get hit themselves, as they are usually quite a weak unit.
