My 3 scouting planes are snoozing and the tab to launch them is gone. I don’t know how to get it back do they can scout again? Please help

The fog may have cleared completely in the city you are in, making your scouts useless.

Same problem. Fog in my city still 92.5% cleared. Unknown course. Scout zzz 0 0 REPORT
